Stress Management Workshops delivered at a location of your choice, or as arranged by aim2.  I am based in Calne, Wiltshire making any of the following locations convenient: Chippenham, Devizes, Marlborough, Swindon, Wootton Bassett, Lyneham, Corsham, Bath, Melksham, Trowbridge and Bradford-on-Avon.

Stress not only accounts for nearly half the work-days lost each year in the UK, it is also the number one reason why people visit their GPs.  As an employer there is much that can be achieved in reducing work-place stress and also arming employees with higher thresholds and the ability to dissolve stress with appropriate strategies.  As much stress is home-grown, this does ensure fewer casualties when work-induced stress is inevitable.
